• Training, certification and budgetary integration of refugee teachers, contingent upon the identification of external funding partners to support the Ministry of Education and Professional Training (MENFOP) in achieving this goal.
• Refugee integration in technical and vocational education and training systems, in line with the TVET Strategy taking effect from 2024. This pledge will be achieved through the formulation of a cost four-year plan.

Ensure refugees have access to all levels of quality healthcare (primary to tertiary), to be facilitated through refugee contribution to healthcare and social security national funds (CNSS).

• Gradual inclusion of vulnerable refugees in national social security programmes.

• The gradual “urbanisation” of Refugee Hosting Areas by ensuring effective access to basic services, as well as the development / strengthening of basic infrastructures. 
• The inclusion of forcibly displaced persons in national statistics systems.
